We want to inform you about an upcoming technical upgrade to our mobile network, which is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your mobile experience in the BESIX HQ premises in Brussels.
On September 21st, 2023, we have scheduled a significant upgrade where we will be replacing the existing Huawei equipment with Nokia equipment in the indoor coverage stations of our 2G/3G/4G mobile network.
To facilitate this upgrade, there will be a temporary disruption to the mobile network services from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM on that day. This upgrade will not affect your fixed-line phone service or internet connectivity during this period. They will remain fully operational.
Please note that the outdoor mobile network will continue to function normally. However, it's important to be aware that indoor coverage may be temporarily reduced during the entire day. Specifically, areas with no windows and central building locations may experience a partial loss of mobile network signal. If you have any urgent mobile connectivity needs on September 21st, we recommend planning accordingly.
