Your People Department is currently conducting a comprehensive survey to measure your satisfaction and awareness of your benefits package within BESIX, as well as on our Flexible Reward Strategy. This survey is an important follow up to the well-being survey conducted a few months ago in collaboration with mensura, and is part of our continuous effort to improve our reward policies and practices, and to align them with your needs and expectations. Your feedback is very important to us and will help us to design a more attractive and competitive package for you and your colleagues.
Please complete the survey before November 30, 2024 by clicking here. It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous and confidential. Your responses will be aggregated and analysed and will not be linked to your name or any other identifying information. The results of the survey will be used for internal purposes only, and will not affect your individual performance evaluation or compensation decisions.
The survey covers the following elements of your package, amongst others: hospitalisation insurance, additional ambulatory & dental insurance, group insurance (pension & death), meal vouchers, bonus (collective & individual), representation allowance,mobility budget, phone budget, the flexible remuneration platform, the possibility to convert your 13th month in warrants, and other benefits you benefit of (seniority premium, benefit at work, etc).
