Our General Code of Conduct lays out BESIX’s moral and ethical principles and standards which all employees must follow. Why? Because, as BESIX employees, we have a crucial role to play in ensuring that our company applies an ethical and fair treatment in all matters.
However, a code is per definition a text which might seem a little hermetic to read and apprehend… That is why BESIX has created a MANDATORY e-learning course (15 minutes) to help you digest the material and help you understand what your role and obligations are in an easy way.
Through four different scenarios, you will be asked to play a role and assess situations. It will take you only a few minutes and this way you will easily grasp the gist of what the code is all about.

If you observe a problematic situation, contact the Confidence Officer of your entity (for BESIX SA/NV), your local People Manager or the Chief People Officer & Group Sustainability & ESG Officer.
