Facility Management Manager
We are pleased to inform you that Olivier Lo Bianco is now leading our Facility Management team. Olivier will oversee the day-to-day operations at our headquarters on Avenue des Communautés, ensuring smooth maintenance, security, and comfort for everyone in the building, as well as managing any technical interventions.

Emergency Numbers Reminder
Important reminder: the "111" number, accessible through Teams, or "+32 2 402 62 61" from your mobile, is available Monday to Friday, 7 am to 9 pm. Olivier or Jean-Pierre will assist you with any urgent health concerns (such as feeling unwell) or safety issues (like the presence of smoke or any other serious matter).
Technical Assistance Requests
For any technical issues related to the building (e.g., water leaks, jammed doors, faulty lights), please use the OASIS Observation Module to report them. If you don’t have access to OASIS, send your observation to Olivier by email at olivier.lobianco@besix.com.
Building Closure
Another important reminder: please make sure to leave the building by 8:45 p.m. at the latest. As from that specific timing, doors are gradually securely closed, and the alarm activated at 9:00 p.m.
