BESIX Watpac wins new contract to transform Sydney's sports and entertainment Hub (Australia)

BESIX Watpac has partnered with Venues NSW to carry out the Moore Park Precinct Village project in Sydney (Australia). This transformative project includes the transformation of an existing parking area near Allianz Stadium and Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG), which are both located in the Moore Park suburb, into a vibrant village precinct.

The transformation aims to enhance the precinct’s appeal by integrating modern amenities that cater to both sports enthusiasts and the general public. More specifically, it includes the realisation of accessible green spaces, a children's play area, food and beverage offerings, and a car park with up to 1,500 spaces.
