We’re delighted to share the results of this year’s BESIX Young Professional Days (BYPD) and the news is good! Thanks to the collective efforts of everyone involved, we’re welcoming 31 talented young professionals who will be joining us in 2025.

What’s particularly encouraging is that over half of these new starters had already completed an internship with us (exactly 54% of them). It’s a strong sign that our internship programme is doing exactly what it’s meant to: helping us spot and nurture future talent.
We’re also proud to see a growing diversity in our intake. Nearly a third of the new hires are women, and 22% come from different cultural backgrounds. This shows that BESIX continues to attract a wide range of profiles, each bringing their own strengths and perspectives to our teams.

This year’s edition also highlighted the addition of financial profiles within our talent pool. Eight bright minds expressed interest in roles like Cost Controlling and Procurement. It’s a reminder that our future talent isn’t limited to technical roles alone.
Of course, not every offer was accepted: six candidates declined our recruitment offer, for various reasons. It’s a useful feedback as we continue to refine how and where we offer roles.
