Dear colleagues,
As you may know, the technical challenges that we encountered last year had damaged the previous group intranet. Today, a light version of the renewed intranet is back on!
This new intranet has an improved interface for a more efficient navigation and more pleasant user experience. The usual features of an intranet are present: corporate news, short cuts to most used business apps, who’s who, vacant jobs, etc.
5 things you need to know about intranet:
1. This light version will growin the coming weeks with additional information coming from entities, affiliates and departments.
2. In first instance, this intranet is only available in English but rest assured that French and Dutch versions are being worked on as we speak.
3. All colleagues whose profile belong to the besix.com IT domain have access to this new intranet. Concretely it means colleagues from NV BESIX SA, BESIX NL, BESIX France, BESIX RED, BESIX Group, BESIX International, affiliates Franki Foundations, Wust and Jacques Delens. Colleagues from Six Construct will get access by the end of the month as well. Onboarding of other entities will be communicated later on.
4. You can consult intranet on your smartphone:
- Either by scanning the QR code below
- Or by typing the url https://my.besixgroup.com in your brower
Tip: add a shortcut to the intranet on your smartphone home screen for easy future use.
5. Make sure Microsoft Edge is your browser by default as intranet runs on Edge only on laptop.
