Thank you for joining our first Sponsors’ session. As expected, this first conversation raised a number of questions and concerns, and that is completely normal at this stage. We will continue to share information as it becomes clearer, step by step.

- /!\ The macro overview of team locations has not yet been shared with the Ambassadors.
Looking ahead:
- The macro planning will be finalised in the coming weeks. This will determine where each team will sit.
- A town hall for all staff is planned for the end of April.
- Ambassador sessions, organised per floor with a strong co-creation focus, are planned for May.
- We will meet again as Sponsors at the end of May to review the main input and ideas gathered.
- The overall timeline is still being worked through, in line with the Space & Soul milestones.
As a Sponsor, your role is key. Your support helps build confidence, and your participation in key moments ensures we capture the right feedback along the way.
