Dear Ambassador,
Great to see so many of you at our first Ambassador session. We hope it all made sense and, more importantly, that it left you feeling encouraged to jump in and help shape our future headquarters together.
A quick recap:

- Still have questions, concerns or doubts, or hearing them from colleagues? Please do pass them on (communication@besix.com). We will make sure they are picked up in the next sessions or future communications.
- And if you already have a great idea for the new headquarters and are eager to share it, don’t hold back.
What’s coming next:
Over the next few weeks, the macro plan will be finalised. Once that is in place, we will know which departments will be located on which floors. From there, we will be able to plan the next round of smaller, floor‑by‑floor sessions.
These sessions are really about co‑creation. Together with PROCOS Group, you will work on defining what your team needs in its own zone and the spaces around it.
We are aiming to organise these sessions in May at the BESIX Academy in Diegem. More practical information will follow shortly.
