Fatal accident on Dammam project site (KSA)

Group 1 min read

It is with deep sadness that we share the news of a tragic accident that occurred on Wednesday, 12 March 2025, at the Dammam project site in Saudi Arabia.

During climbing formwork operations on the core wall, one of our foremen suffered a fall from height. Despite the immediate intervention and evacuation with the site ambulance to the hospital, he tragically passed away.

In light of this painful event, all climbing formwork operations have been suspended until further notice. We have also made psychological support available on-site for any colleagues who may need guidance or assistance during this difficult time.

In accordance with our procedures, we are conducting a thorough investigation in collaboration with the relevant authorities and our client. Our goal is to fully understand the circumstances of this accident and to ensure that all necessary measures are taken to prevent such tragedies in the future.

Everyone’s safety remains our highest priority, and we are committed to doing everything possible to make sure every one of us comes back home, safe, every day. We recognise the profound impact this incident has on all of us, and our thoughts and deepest sympathies go out to the family, friends, and colleagues of our lost team member in Dammam.

We are here to support everyone affected in any way we can. If you need assistance or have any concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. Let’s stand together during this difficult time.
