ComTIS Services secures key role in maintaining Antwerp’s urban landscape

Group 1 min read

ComTIS Services is proud to announce that it has once again earned the trust of AG Vespa, the autonomous municipal company responsible for real estate and urban projects in Antwerp. As part of a newly awarded framework agreement, our colleagues of ComTIS Services have been selected for seven separate lots, covering the maintenance of a significant portion of Antwerp’s city-owned buildings and infrastructure.

Four of these lots are dedicated to structural maintenance, encompassing approximately 100 buildings across the city. The contract will run for four years, with an optional one-year extension. In addition, ComTIS Services has secured three integrated maintenance lots, which include not only structural and technical maintenance, but also full facility management. These cover several key buildings within the city’s portfolio, such as on Paradeplein, Kleine Kauwenberg, and Oudemansstraat.

“This is a great moment for our teams,” says Wilfried Nijssen, General Manager of ComTIS Services. "It’s a sign of trust and recognition from AG Vespa, but also a reflection of the quality and commitment our people bring to every project. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together, and even more excited about what’s ahead."

This important milestone further reinforces ComTIS Services’ role as a trusted partner in the long-term upkeep of public infrastructure.

ComTIS Services specialises in the technical, structural, and facilities maintenance of public and private buildings. With a strong focus on service, reliability and long-term client partnerships, ComTIS Services delivers tailored maintenance solutions that keep buildings functioning safely and efficiently.
