We are pleased to provide you with the updated organization chart for the Business Unit International and would like to take this opportunity to highlight the following major changes in the organization:

Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Luxembourg and Italy). He will be assisted by Wilfried Dom, Operations Manager, for the Buildings sector. Nic will be in charge of the Business Acquisition / Development as well as the Project(s) Delivery.

Fabian Boucher, Area Manager Marine Works, remains in charge of Marine Projects, from Acquisition to Delivery, in the Business Unit International except for Europe.

Vladimir Nikitovic is nominated as Resident Manager Montenegro where he will supervise all the contracting activities from Project Acquisition to Project Delivery. Vladimir will report to Nic.

Javier Martin is nominated as Resident Manager Cameroon where he will be responsible for the company activities in the country except the Nachtigal project (Luis Major and Marc Brewaeys are representing BESIX in the JV with NGE and SGTM for this project). Javier will report to Mathieu Dechamps directly.

Koen De Rooy, Resident Manager Morocco, is managing the Mohammed VI Tower Project.

Xavier Debruche, Project Director, after the completion of the Frederikssund project (Roskilde, Denmark), will take the lead of our recently signed project Rail Baltica in Latvia.

Quentin Olivier, as Business Development Manager, will be reporting to Philippe Dessoy and will be assisted by Ayman Chalak, Business Development Officer. Quentin will coordinate with the Area Managers, the Resident Managers and the Business Development Officers all the Business Development activities of the Business Unit International.

Adrien Theunissen, Senior Manager BESIX Water & Environment, reports since 1 April to Christophe Ledur for all Water & Environment activities in the Business Units Europe and International.

We wish all of them a lot of success in their new assignments and would like to thank Guillaume Cornille and Jean-François Deswijsen for their dedication during these last years in their respective country, Cameroon and Montenegro, and wish them also full success in their new position in BESIX Operations France.

This new work organization is effective as from now.
