We are pleased to announce that Jean-Pol Bouharmont has been appointed member of the Executive & Strategy Committee of BESIX Group.
As already communicated, Jean-Pol will continue to oversee our activities in Australia as Executive Chairman of BESIX Watpac and, considering the challenges we are encountering in the Middle East, Jean-Pol is further appointed Managing Director of BU Middle East effective 12th December 2021.
Olivier Crasson as Executive Director and General Manager of BESIX Middle East will focus on our C&A (PPP) activities, Middle East Business Development and Strategic Partnerships in order to maintain our long term presence and strengthen our investments.
Valery Paquier, Director Operations BU Middle East, will report directly to Jean-Pol who will offer his extensive experience in the region. David De Visscher, Resident Manager UAE, and Boudewijn Bartholomeeusen, Resident Manager Qatar, will report to Valery.
Hung Le, Director Finance & Administration BU Middle East, and Jean-Philippe Patesson, Technical Director BU Middle East, will also report to Jean-Pol.
This reinforced structure includes a wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge of the industry, at all levels in the region.
