Appointment of Brieuc Polet as General Manager of Wust s.a.

Since January 2021, Wust s.a. has been managed under a shared general management structure. This has allowed us to implement strategic development initiatives and navigate through a period of turbulence caused by increased production costs.

Currently, Wust's growth in Wallonia is ongoing, with a focus on more ambitious projects and stronger collaboration with its subsidiary, Cobelba. In order to provide greater clarity and visibility both internally and externally, we have decided to appoint a dedicated General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company.

We are pleased to announce that Brieuc Polet has been appointed as the General Manager of Wust s.a., effective from January 1, 2024.

To support Brieuc in his new role, Nathalie Haine will take over the Administrative Department in addition to the Finance Department. She will now be responsible for supervising several departments including Administration, Executive Secretariat, IT, and Communications. We would like to express our gratitude to Nathalie for taking on these additional responsibilities.

The management committee of the company will remain unchanged and includes Olivier Grandjean as Managing Director, Brieuc Polet as General Manager, Nathalie Haine as Administrative and Financial Director, Gaëtan Capirchio as Operational Director, and Ludovic Sonnet as Research and Development Director.

Olivier Grandjean will continue to support the Management Committee in his role as Managing Director. He will work closely with Brieuc in defining major strategic directions and making important decisions regarding the company's management.
