Every two years, the entire BESIX Group workforce is invited to vote for its favourite project among the many supported by the BESIX Foundation: it’s the famous ‘Staff Award’. In the past, massive participation to this vote was recorded. How about this time?
This was your favourite last time
In 2020, a charity called ‘Street Nurses’ recorded the majority of votes. The charity was awarded the bonus prize of 10,000 euros, that was used to finance the installation of tiny houses in Forest (Brussels). Five new units now provide a springboard for former homeless people before they return to more traditional housing. Below picture was taken at the inauguration of the new tiny houses, with our colleague Marina Geeroms (right).
For this new edition, 9 projects are in competition!
Nine projects that improve the lives of children, teenagers, adults and our planet, in Belgium or in Africa, are nominated this time. Which one will be rewarded? It's up to you to vote!
