Dear colleagues,
I’m delighted to announce that Pauline Dijon has joined us as Director New Business Ventures Concessions & Assets as from today 5 December 2022. Her solid credentials make her the right person to take up the upcoming challenges in our organization.
Pauline Dijon hold a Master in International Business Law (Lyon, France), a Master in Political Science (Oregon, USA) and a LLM in European Business Law (Amsterdam, The Netherlands). She has built up a significant experience in strategicbusiness development and renewable energy, both from a financial and operational perspective. She was until now part of the Management Team of Eoly Energy, the green energy branch of Colruyt Group and responsible for the successful expansion of Eoly abroad developing onshore wind, large scale solar and green hydrogen projects as Head of Strategic Business Development.
In this newly created position of Director New Business Ventures, Pauline will drive the group’s venture creation process from initial opportunity identification through concept validation to investment conclusion. Concretely, she will work with the colleagues at Concessions & Assets and internal stakeholders on strategic priorities and on the identification of potential growth areas. Her main objective will be to generate and prioritize a flow of partnership opportunities of high potential interest to BESIX, in current core business areas, strategic adjacencies, and new potential markets.
“I am delighted that we have someone of Pauline’s ability and experience to strengthen our team. Her experience in business development coupled with her understanding of our company purpose and strategy, will be valuable assets in achieving our strategic ambition of diversification.”
Pauline will report directly to me, and functionally to Tom Neyrinck, General Manager Concessions & Assets.
Let’s welcome her warmly in our group and support her to the fullest.
