Following the communication about the works announced by Vivaqua and their possible impact on the water supply at Brussels HQ, we are pleased to inform you that several measures have been put in place to ensure business continuity on site.
The following arrangements are planned:
- On Friday 11/09/2026, two mobile sanitary units will be installed near the building to complement the existing facilities.
- The headquarters restaurant will remain fully operational and will continue to offer its usual service.
- The coffee machines, both in the cafeteria and on the floors, will unfortunately not be available during the water interruption.
- The water fountains on the floors will also be unavailable. As a compensation measure, bottles of water will be made available in the kitchenettes.
- An additional request has been submitted to Aqua Vital to temporarily provide five bottled water dispensers for Monday 14 September. We expect confirmation as soon as possible.
Thanks to these measures, the conditions needed to maintain activities on site are in place, and there is therefore no longer any need to change the planned attendance at headquarters because of this temporary water supply interruption.
