Dear colleagues,
Since April of this year, we have started a journey together with the Regional & Specialised Contractors and BESIX NV to finetune our outlook on 2030 and beyond. We call this preparation phase Project Excellence. It is an important initiative focused on strengthening how we work together across our Regional and Specialised Contractors, and by extension also BESIX Group, to support our continued growth and performance.
Over the past years, our activities have expanded significantly, bringing more opportunities, but also more complexity. To remain successful, we need to ensure that our way of working is:
- robust and scalable
- efficient and well-aligned
- ready for future challenges
This project is not about changing what already works but about building on our strengths and improving how we collaborate where it creates value.
You are now being invited to take part in a survey meant to get more insights in corporate culture as part of Project Excellence. Having valuable input of the different teams helps us better define the course of actions we can take to reach our common goals.
What is this survey about?
This survey is designed to help us better understand:
- how we currently collaborate across teams and entities
- where there are opportunities to improve
- what is important for you to succeed in your role
Your input will directly contribute to shaping:
- future ways of working
- collaboration mechanisms
- governance and decision-making approaches
