In September 2015, the 193 member states attending the UN General Assembly in New York decided on a new, ambitious action plan for the world: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
This Agenda contains 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), a large blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all.
At Corporate level, the SDGs form a framework for companies to fulfil ESG, Environmental, Social & Governance requirements. These topics are becoming of crucial importance as they are all covered by the EU regulations, and hence, mandatory.

- Brainstorm in small groups on the future of the construction sector. We will reflect together on how we can further strategically embed sustainability at BESIX Group
