Dear colleagues,
To prevent, fight and mitigate cancer, many resources are needed. Human and financial. That is why Kom op tegen Kanker* campaigns throughout the year to unite as many people as possible in the fight against cancer. And every year, they can count on the support of thousands of campaigners who raise money against cancer. We at BESIX want toraise some funds for the fight as well. We are pleased to invite you to a quiz evening on Thursday 14 March in the restaurant of the Group's headquarters in Brussels.
*Kom Op Tegen Kanker is a non-governmental organisation that stands up for the right of (former) patients to the best treatment and care, and the right of people to a healthy living environment.
How to register?
Teams can consist of 3 or 4 members. Each team must consist of at least one BESIX Group-employee. Once your team is created, you must register here. If you wish to participate but do not have a team, please contact us and we will look for a solution.
Who can participate?
All employees of BESIX Group are welcome. A team can also include family and friends. Due to the limited capacity of the BESIX Group restaurant, we may have to turn away teams, so don't wait too long to register! We'll work following the 'first come, first served'-principle.
How much does it cost?
We ask each team to contribute 60 euro, to be brought in cash on the day. Food and drinks will also be available throughout the evening. All proceeds will be donated to the Kom op tegen Kanker association . If you are unable to take part in the quiz but would still like to contribute to our donation campaign, please contact us and we will add your contribution to the evening's winnings.
Timing
The quiz starts at 18h00 but you are welcome in the BESIX HQ Restaurant
as from 17h00 to enjoy drinks and fingerfood with your colleagues and your team members!
About the quiz
The quiz is made up of a series of themes, each with several questions that teams have to answer within a given time. The topics covered are very broad: cinema, geography, music, science, latest news, history...
Quizzes also mean winners. The three teams with the most points at the end of the evening will win fabulous BESIX prizes!
We look forward to a wide participation of all our colleagues. Our quiz evenings have always been fun and friendly moments, bringing together colleagues from different departments: we are sure that this will be the case again for this solidarity edition!
