As part of our Project Excellence change trajectory, Roland Berger has proposed to launch a cultural assessment survey to better understand how our organisations operate today and where alignment will be key to successfully deliver our ambitions.
This survey will help us:
- identify key drivers of (mis)alignment
- highlight priority topics to address
- steer our change approach and communications moving forward
Who will be involved
In this first phase, the survey will target:
- General Managers
- Management teams
- And defined members of central and local teams

Please review the list for your affiliate (tab “Survey” in the file) and share your feedback by Friday 5/6 at the latest.
At a later stage, a shorter version of the survey may be extended to a broader population.
The survey will be repeated at key moments throughout the programme to:
- track evolution over time
- measure engagement and alignment
- adjust our approach where needed
Your role
Your support in ensuring strong participation will be essential. If not already done, please brief your teams in advance on Project Excellence and the upcoming survey. A supporting slide deck is available here: [link]. We recommend doing this through a short verbal introduction, rather than just forwarding the slides.
SharePoint – access & confidentiality
After some concerns from GM’s about confidentiality of certain documents, we’ve decided to set up a separate Sharepoint environment dedicated to Project Excellence, for work documents, communication toolkits and ongoing progress updates. This environment should only contain documents that can be shared with local management members, communication staff and other internal stakeholders.
For all highly confidential files, we keep using the Synergy Board Sharepoint which has a more restricted access.

Please review the people we have identified who should get access to this broader Sharepoint environment (tab “Sharepoint” in the file). Once approved, we will set it up as soon as possible.
