Dear colleagues,
We would like to inform you of some changes within the Procurement organisation that took effect on Monday 13 March:
- Pauline Dumont is appointed Competence Center & Sustainability Director, replacing Pascal Beeckmans.
- Rick Krist is appointed Procurement Director Europe, replacing Koen De Mey.
- Jalal Ouahid is appointed Procurement Director Middle East and International, replacing François Lhomme. Jalal will have a transition period from Procurement France to his new role.
- To give more support to our affiliates, share best practices and create synergies, a new position of Senior Manager Procurement Affiliates has been created.
All four functions report to Sylvain Sainton, Chief Procurement Officer.
In parallel of these nominations, the following movements are taking place:
- First, Pascal Beeckmans, Procurement Competence Center Director, will be retiring in June 2023. We want to thank Pascal for his many years of dedication and hard work with our organisation.
- Secondly, Koen De Mey, Procurement Director Europe until recently, will be changing job internally. Koen has been a valuable member of our team and we are pleased to see him taking on this new challenge within our Group.
- Thirdly, François Lhomme, Procurement Director Middle East & International, has decided to leave the company. We want to thank him for his contribution to the Group and wish him well in his future endeavours.
Please join us in congratulating Pauline, Rick, and Jalal on their new roles, and in wishing Pascal, Koen and François all the best for the future. We are confident that Pauline, Rick, and Jalal will be successful in their new roles and will continue to contribute to the success of our Group.
