Dear colleagues,
Since June, a light version of the BESIX Group intranet is back on, with basic functionalities such as access to Corporate and People news, and short cuts to most used business apps.
As from now, you can also access a whole new range of information and documents related to Procurement. Under the new tab ‘Competence Center > Procurement’, you can find for instance:
- Procurement rules & principles;
- Frame agreements negotiated by our Category Managers and signed at Group level to the benefit of all entities and projects;
- Price indexes, monthly update on energy and relevant materials as well as historical data, forecasts and market highlights;
- Supporting Procurement templates, like supplier & subcontractor agreement templates, general purchase conditions, code of conduct, etc. that will help you in your purchasing phase.
Stay tuned as additional tabs will soon be added. French and Dutch versions are also on their way.

PS: all colleagues whose profile belong to the besix.com IT domain have access to this new intranet. Concretely it means colleagues from NV BESIX SA, BESIX NL, BESIX France, BESIX RED, BESIX Group, BESIX International, affiliates Franki Foundations, Wust and Jacques Delens. Colleagues from Six Construct are currently being onboarded. Onboarding of other entities will be communicated later on.
