We’re thrilled to share some excellent news from Montenegro: Iris Phase II, one of the most technically challenging buildings in our Lustiča Bay development, has officially been handed over to the client. This marks a major milestone in a project that has been close to our hearts for over a decade.
Since 2012, BESIX has been deeply involved in the transformation of Lustiča Bay into a luxury destination. From the LEED-certified Phase I buildings to the award-winning Chedi Hotel and the intricate marine infrastructure, our teams have consistently delivered excellence.
Despite the constraints of the current works, the buildings I5, I6, I7, and I8 were completed to the highest standards and are now in the hands of the client.
This achievement reflects not only our technical capabilities but also the strength of our long-standing collaboration with Lustiča Development AD. Over the years, our teams have navigated evolving scopes and demanding timelines, faced lajor changes in the local market, while maintaining a spirit of partnership and a commitment to quality.
