Don’t worry, it’s easy! It’s just about noticing something positive about a person and emphasizing it with sincerity. You can, for example, congratulate a colleague for the excellent work they do, highlight their remarkable skills in a specific area, or even offer them a more personal compliment by letting them know that they have a positive influence on your team. Why would you participate?
