Dear Rydoo Users,
The Rydoo app, used for submitting expenses, is back on.
As from now, your expenses can be submitted again in Rydoo. The app has not changed neither for the users nor for the approvers. You can go back to submitting your expenses like before.
Only the payment of your expenses will be processed differently, i.e. through the new ERP system ‘4PS’.
Important Notice - Logging in
This morning, you will have already received an email from Rydoo asking you to set your password. Please do not take action. This message is only valid for NEW users that have been added as approvers. It is not relevant for users that already had an account, like you. You should ignore this message if you already had an account.
To log in to Rydoo, use your original Rydoo login and password. Take into account that, if you’ve been a user of Rydoo for a while, this login might be different than your current BESIX login (e.g. while your current BESIX login is peter.smith@besix.com, your Rydoo login might still be psmith@besix.com).
If you experience any issues while logging in, please contact the ICT helpdesk.
