Following a thorough review of our legal department's needs, internal client feedback and the future of our business, a new organisational scheme has been developed.
After careful reflection and discussions, the decision has been taken to part ways with Marc Duvieusart, General Counsel.
I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for Marc’s dedicated service over the past eight years.
To ensure a smooth transition and provide ample time for the transfer of responsibilities, Marc will remain in his role for the next couple of months. During this period, he will work closely with the legal team and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate an efficient transfer of duties and responsibilities. Rest assured that our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of legal and ethical practices remains unwavering.
