The charity organisation which will benefit from the € 2,500 check donated by BESIX Foundation further to this year’s CleanUp Day photo competition is Ocean Cleanup, an organisation focusing on actions to rid the oceans of floating plastic.
The final countdown
6,098 colleagues rolled up their sleeves last September and collected more than 11 tonnes during the CleanUp Day organised throughout the BESIX Group by BESIX Foundation and QHSE to clear their working environment from litter.
This is the fantastic final result of the 2023 edition of the BESIX Cleanup Day. Thank you once again to all participants. Thanks to your efforts, the world is now a cleaner, safer, and more sustainable place.
