The Top Employers Institute, a renowned authority in recognizing excellence in HR and people practices, has awarded BESIX Group the certification as Belgian Top Employer for an incredible fourth time in a row! This recognition is a huge accomplishment and a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire BESIX team. This award is yours!

These are not empty words as we scored an amazing 89%, our higher score ever since we launched this external measurement several years ago, on the various people practices surveyed. For instance the Top Employers Institute has made the following observations in their analysis:
- Efforts and action plans resulting from the Engagement Survey regarding feedbackand leadership are starting to pay off and being recognised;
- Our focus on inclusion & diversity was well-noted, as well as our willingness to excel even more in this domain and make our diversity our strength.
- Finally, the work done by the BESIX Learning Academy with the various programs (such as BESIX Development Academy, BESIX Potentials’ Academy & e-Academy) has massively improved our scoring.
