Dear colleagues,
As of 1 July 2022, we started using 4PS for all activities of NV BESIX SA in Belgium.
The use of this powerful tool by all of us is an important step towards an efficient and reliable management of our projects and their financial aspects. 4PS replaces AX and the various Excel spreadsheets with a single source of information, giving all stakeholders in our projects a complete view of activities in real time.
First, we would like to thank all our colleagues who have remarkably contributed to the implementation of this ERP over the last few months, helping to future-proof our company.
Secondly, we want to thank all of you in advance for your contribution, from now on, to the success of this implementation.
An extensive training pack has been developed and all colleagues who will be using the system have been invited for training. We will continue the training efforts as long as necessary, and we count on your participation when you are invited.
The 4PS system has been extensively tested. Nevertheless, such an implementation will inevitably be accompanied by unforeseen issues during the first months of deployment. Our joint efforts will enable us to minimise the duration of these. All along the process, you will be supported by a dedicated team.
We are convinced that together we will make 4PS a great success for our company, further strengthening our culture of excellence.
