Dear colleague,
A short while ago, you registered to receive a free vaccination against the seasonal flu through BESIX, in collaboration with Mensura and Multipharma. Good news: you can now book your appointment for that vaccination.
This year, we are no longer offering the vaccinations at fixed locations. Instead, you can make your appointment in any Multipharma pharmacy. Simply create your own voucher to book an appointment at one of the 300 Multipharma pharmacies in Belgium. Many branches have extended opening hours and are also open on Saturday mornings.
With your voucher, you can make your appointment at a pharmacy near you, at a time that suits you best. Please book your appointment outside working hours. Appointments are available from 15 October 2026.

Please note: you can create only one voucher per person. It is also forbidden to share the link with anyone outside the company.
Step 2 – Download your voucher and use it to book your appointment at a Multipharma pharmacy in good time.
This can be done via the website of Multipharma. You can find a clear manual attached to this email.
