Vincent Berger joins BESIX Belgium-Luxembourg as Business Development Manager

We are happy to announce that Vincent Berger has joined the team of BESIX Belgium-Luxembourg as Business Development Manager Wallonia-Luxembourg. He has a direct reporting line to Tom Cnudde, Business Development Director Belgium-Luxembourg.

Vincent holds a master's degree in business engineering, strengthened by 25 years of experience in our sector. The last decade, he was Managing Director of BERGER sa, an engineering firm specialized in special techniques and stability. In this function, he managed different projects, varying from the healthcare industry to airport buildings and large real estate developments.

In this role, Vincent will manage the relationships with both our existing clients and our future clients as well as try to secure our place in future real estate developments, civil engineering projects and industrial projects. He will work in close collaboration with the Operations Managers of BESIX Belgium-Luxembourg to ensure a good follow-up of the set-up of the projects and the partnerships and to stress and ensure BESIX’ added value and margins on all projects.

Vincent will work with three main internal partners:

  • Business Development, managed by Tom Cnudde. Together they will analyze the Walloon-Luxembourg market, create a fitting approach based on BESIXForce and pursue long-term partnerships with strategic partners.
  • Operations Manager Waldo Vanhentenrijk and Jean-François Deswijsen. They will navigate BESIX in the landscape of clients and strategic partners.
  • Tendering, managed by Olivier Vanderkerken. The tendering teams can count on Vincent’s expertise in reviewing the commercial aspects of offers in order to determine the best solutions for every project.

Collaboration between all of these departments is key for business development purposes. We will support Vincent to the fullest and wish him the best in this new role.
