We would like to share a brief update on the current situation in the Middle East region.
While tensions remain high and developments continue across the region, there are no incidents to report involving our people. Our teams remain safe, and our sites are being closely monitored.
Operations and head‑office attendance continue as normal. In Sohar, where activities were recently restarted, we are reassessing the situation due to operational constraints.
We are attentive to the very different ways colleagues are experiencing the situation. Support remains available, and updated HR crisis guidelines and adjusted leave policies have been approved to provide clarity and flexibility where needed. Managers have been asked to remain vigilant and to support colleagues showing signs of distress or anxiety.
At Group level, management teams continue to monitor developments closely and to review contingency options. Commercial flights have gradually restarted operations, although temporary disruptions may occur.
