Dear colleagues,

The 2021 Engagement survey revealed excellent results for BESIX Group as a whole, with a job satisfaction rate of 85% ... and 84% of you would recommend BESIX to your friends and family.

However, we were keen to improve on the areas where the scores were lower. This led us to reflect on how to build more trust in our professional relationships.

Therefore, at the level of evaluations and annual objectives, we have put in place a process that allows for better follow-up and more consistency (see mid-year evolution discussions organized this year).

This also leads us to propose an additional step in the evaluation process at BESIX to improve feedback to your manager.

In view of the results of the survey we have identified your need to be heard, your right to speak. Therefore, we will launch the 180° Evaluation or Upward Feedback process, as announced in previous communications.

And since our corporate culture calls for trust in our professional relationships, we are more than ever interested in your opinion so that we can take it into account in building tomorrow.

Upward feedback to your line and functional manager will enable you to assess the role your management plays in your evolution.

The aim of this exercise is to improve leadership within our company in order to provide the necessary tools for good human management, good feedback and good definition of the objectives to be proposed.

To measure these stakes, we need you, your opinion and your perception of the management!

This process will be launched in the course of next week, we will keep you informed.

Before this launch we ask you to check in Metrilio if your hierarchical and functional line is correct. If any changes need to be made, please inform metrilio@besix.com with a copy to your manager, before 15 November 2022. After this date no changes can be made, for this process.

Many thanks in advance for sharing your constructive comments with us!
