We are very pleased to welcome Scheila Oliveira, who joins BESIX as Group QHSE Director on 12 October.
Scheila brings more than 20 years of international experience in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment. She has held senior leadership roles in several countries, including at Yara International. Her experience covers QHSE governance, management systems, contractor management, incident investigation and emergency preparedness.
As Group QHSE Director, Scheila will lead and strengthen our Group-wide QHSE strategy and practices. She will work closely with our Business Units, projects and Business Enablers to further develop our safety culture and quality performance.
Over the coming months, she will meet teams across the Group and familiarise herself with our activities and projects.
As Scheila takes up her role, we would also like to thank Pimmie Aendenboom and the QHSE teams across our Business Units and Headquarters for their continued commitment and support.
