As part of our ongoing commitment to ensure the highest standards of safety within BESIX Group, we are happy to announce that the Global Safety Time Out will this year again take place across all our entities, affiliates and teams. The Global Safety Time Out is a pivotal event that aligns with the World Safety & Health at Work Day, which takes place on 28 April.
Save the date: As the World Safety & Health at Work falls on a Sunday this year, the Global Safety Time Out will be scheduled during the week before or after Sunday 28 April 2024. Attached, you'll find a specially designed e-mail signature for this year's Global Safety Time-Out. Don't hesitate to add it to your signature for internal emails to spread the word.
2024 core theme: This year, we’ll take a step forward with the introduction of our renewed BESIX Group Safety Pledge alongside the 4 fundamental safety principles.
Why it matters: The Global Safety Time Out is an opportunity for each of us to reflect on what safety means on a personal level, to our colleagues, subcontractors and business partners. It's a chance to assess our impact and explore how we can each contribute to a safer workplace within our sphere of influence.
