Dear colleagues,
Although it’s still summertime, we are already looking ahead to the upcoming flu season this winter. True to BESIX tradition, we are once again offering all BESIX employees the opportunity to receive a free flu vaccine.
This year, we are introducing a new and more flexible process in partnership with Mensura and Multipharma. Instead of receiving the vaccine at one of our locations, you will be able to book an appointment at a Multipharma pharmacy near you, at a time that suits you best.
How does it work?
1. Register before 4 September
To receive your free flu vaccine, you must register no later than 4 September.

Please note that after this date, it will no longer be possible to order additional vaccines. If you would like to benefit from this offer, make sure to register on time.
2. Receive your personal voucher
In mid-September, all registered employees will receive an email from Mensura containing a link to generate their personal voucher for the flu vaccine.
3. Book your appointment
Once you have received your voucher, you will also receive a link allowing you to book an appointment at a Multipharma pharmacy of your choice.
In just a few clicks, you can schedule your vaccination at a convenient location near you. Please make sure to schedule the vaccination outside your working hours.
Why get vaccinated?
Getting vaccinated is one of the most effective ways to protect yourself against seasonal flu and helps reduce the risk of spreading the virus to colleagues, family and friends. We encourage everyone who wishes to benefit from this initiative to register before 4 September.
Who can make use of this?
- Employees of BESIX NV/SA, BESIX GROUP, BESIX Environment and BESIX RED in Belgium or working for BESIX NV/SA but seconded in The Netherlands.
- Workers of BESIX NV/SA in Belgium.
