On March 14th and 15th, our Procurement community came together for a team-building event that was both fun and fruitful. It was great to see team members from Europe and other parts of the world join in.
This get-together was all about strengthening our bonds, getting to know each other better, welcoming new faces, and sharing insights and ideas for the future.
Here’s what we aimed to do:
- Keep nurturing the strong team spirit we're proud of in Procurement.
- Learn more about one another.
- Give a warm welcome to newcomers.
- Create opportunities for networking within our community.
- Look back at what worked well and what didn’t in 2023.
- Share thoughts on our strategy for 2024.
- Work together to set priorities and outline an action plan for the next year.
- Brainstorm ways to keep strengthening our team spirit.
- Find ways to work better together within the Procurement community.
A huge thank you to everyone who took part in the workshops and brainstorming sessions. The participants’ enthusiasm and ideas have laid the groundwork for what Procurement will focus on in 2024 to continue bringing value to BESIX.
