Dear colleagues,
I would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of Entreprises Jacques Delens and Damien Magerat have decided by mutual agreement to end his mandate. As a consequence, Damien has left the company.
We part on good terms and we thank Damien for his service. We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors, both personal and professional.
The general management of the company will be ensured as from now by Etienne Banse, assisted by the management committee of Entreprises Jacques Delens.
