We are excited to announce that we have officially signed the Letter of Intent for Dammam Stadium (KSA).
This project aligns with our strategy of selecting the right projects with the right balance of risk and reward. Success depends on a smooth launch, and we’ve assembled an exceptional startup team ready to lead the project. However, their success will depend on the support, collaboration, and combined efforts of all of us.

- JV Partner: Al Bawani
- The venue will seat 45,985 and sits on an 800,000-square-meter plot.
- The completion goal is 29 months, in time for the 2027 Asian Football Cup.
- Stadium features include general admission areas, VIP/VVIP hospitality sections, player accommodations, back-of-house, and media facilities. Our scope also covers training pitches, parking facilities, a separate energy centre, and road and landscape developments.
