The following (New) IMs Procedures related to “Acquisition of Contracts”, along with supporting documents are now available on the IMs Portal under Key – Acquisition of Contracts:

- BCO-ACQ-GP-010-EN: Risk Management on Low Risk Project Tenders (clickable!)
What are these Procedures about?
These Procedures formalise the Risk Management process to be followed on Project Tenders profiled as High, Medium or Low risk. The Procedures apply to Acquisitions of Contracts within BESIX Contracting.
Why did we develop them?
Projects become technically and contractually more complex involving an increasing number of stakeholders. Structurally identifying risks and opportunities as early as possible and implementing effective Risk Management will positively impact the project’s outcome.
Who could benefit from them?
Tender Teams, Support Departments as well as Project Teams should be aware of the results of Project Tender Risk Analyses to help managing the identified risks.
