Dear colleagues,
We will soon be offering an exclusive series of Yoga Mobility Sessions in our fitness center.
These sessions are designed to improve mobility, flexibility, posture, and overall recovery, especially for those who spend a lot of time sitting. They will help you move with more ease and energy.
The classes will be led by Rahul Patel, a certified yoga and Pilates instructor with several years of experience. He holds a Master’s degree in Yogashastra and has international certifications in mobility and Pilates.
What can you expect?
- A focus on mobility, stretching, and controlled movement
- Suitable for both beginners and fitness enthusiasts
- Small, exclusive groups of 10 participants
- Calm and professional guidance
- A perfect active break in the middle of the workday

- Location: Fitness room
- Time: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- Number of participants: max. 10 per session

- Please clearly indicate which session(s) you would like to join each time
- You may attend multiple sessions

Practicalities
- Comfortable workout clothes are recommended
