Dear colleagues,
We’re experiencing a slight hiccup in the printer replacement process at our Brussels headquarters due to an accelerated timeline from our supplier, Ricoh. This has led to some printers being inactive on different floors.
We understand this may cause some inconvenience and recognise the potential impact on your work.
To help you through this transition, we’ve prepared a brochure that explains the new printing method. These brochures are in appendix to this message, available at the service desk on the 1st floor, and will also be placed next to each printer.
The next steps in the deployment are as follows:
- Tuesday 27 August: Begin transitioning from old to new printers on the 2nd floor;
- Wednesday 28 August: Move on to the 3rd floor;
- Thursday 29 August: Move on to the 4th floor;
- Friday 30 August: Move on to the 5th floor.
