- UAE: Zawya and Dubai Forum announce that DMCC’s Uptown Tower has earned three prestigious accolades at this year's Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat Awards of Excellence: Best Tall Building by Height (300 meters and above), Best Tall Building by Region (Middle East & Africa) and Excellence in Construction!
- Egypt, UAE: Construction Briefing lists Six of the biggest museum projects under construction around the world and no less than three of them are “made by BESIX”! The Grand Egyptian Museum and the 2 museums in Abu Dhabi, the National Zayed & the Guggenheim, are mentioned.
- Belgium: GWW-Bouw publishes an article about the works performed by JV COTU on the Oosterweel Link, while Global Construction Review also reports about this “project of the century” - in this case about the start of works on the double-deck tunnel under the Albert Canal.
- The Netherlands: Bouwend Nederland publishes an interview with BESIX Infra Nederland Director Mario Goossens.
