Five years ago we launched BE PRO, our BESIX Experience in Project Roll-Out, dedicated to Project management in our company.
The purpose of BE PRO is to provide you with the red threads in process and management of our contracting projects, from start to delivery and beyond, with operations & maintenance.
In our call for action around “Principles to Excel”, BE PRO features the key guidelines for the BESIX way, our project DNA and the practices we advocate in IMs.
BE PRO has just undergone a substantial upgrade: the content has been refreshed and the links to the IMs have been updated. We also have the addition of new videos, useful links and contacts, and the self-assessment has been revised. We will keep this tool lively by adding new content whenever available and needed.
Moreover, BE PRO is now exclusively hosted on eAcademy.
Given the fact that it plays a fundamental part in our Operations handbook by being directly linked to the IMs, it is mandatory to follow BE PRO as of Band 10 for all of you in Project Management, Technical Office and Project Execution.
Let’s leverage on what we do best, take the time to (re)-visit BE PRO on eAcademy. In this way, we will all speak a common language on our projects.
