We live in a rapidly changing world. Shifts in technology together with shifts in people's expectations for IT services require new approaches to Information and Communications Technology (ICT) within BESIX Group.
A new ICT Strategy will be implemented in order to meet these expectations. Building on the successful delivery of many existing services, the Strategy sets out how we can operate in a more efficient, shared and integrated manner across all of the affiliates and Business Units, while delivering new and innovative digital services to the businesses.
Implementation will require a transformational program of change, not just technological but also administrative and cultural. When implemented, the Strategy will deliver an enhanced quality of service, a better user experience, and financial benefits.
Please refer to both memo and the catalogue of services in appendix. The memo explains the Strategy, while the catalogue gives an overview of the ICT services which will be provided by BESIX ICT, as well as the working method and agreements between us.
