Dear colleagues,
‘Tis the season! Everywhere you go, string lights adorn pine trees, Mariah Carey only wants you for Christmas and the smell of cinnamon fills the air. At BESIX, this usually means one thing: Special Happy Hour! We assemble to celebrate the jubilees and the retirees of 2021, toast to their health and success and then reconnect with colleagues while enjoying a festive food buffet on the patio of the headquarters in Brussels.
Unfortunately, the current health situation in Belgium and the related measures that are in effect, mean that we have to cancel this wonderful event for the second year in a row. We could not be sadder, so we looked for a way to make the last week before the holidays a bit more special at the head office.
We are delighted to invite you to a festive week full of winter treats, completely Covid-proof. From Monday 20 December until Thursday 23 December included, you will be able to enjoy warm drinks and sweet snacks every day, in front of the office. We hope to see you there on one of the days that you are not teleworking.
- From 9h to 11h: Mobile barista ‘Zjat’ will spoil us with warm coffee, hot chocolate and mulled wine
- From 14 to 17h: Food bicycle ‘Le Petit Nuage’ will offer waffles on sticks and delicious crêpes
Invite your colleagues, and fetch your treat in front of the head office. Don’t forget to take a voucher at the reception to order your coffee, waffle or crêpe, completely free of charge of course. We hope that despite the cancellation of Special Happy Hour, this will help you to get into the holiday spirit at the office.
We kindly ask you to keep in mind the Covid-19 regulations while getting your treat. Please respect the safety distance at all times, wear your mouth mask while standing and walking around and avoid assembling in large groups. You can take your drink or snack inside to enjoy it in the restaurant, the business center or at your desk.
