After several years of dedicated service to BESIX, Alexis Laroche has chosen to leave the Group and will be stepping down from his role as Group QHSE Director as of 1 September 2026.
Throughout his tenure as Group QHSE Director, Alexis has made a significant contribution to our organisation. With his expertise, commitment and passion for excellence, he played an important role in advancing our safety, quality, health and environmental ambitions across the Group.
His dedication has helped shape and strengthen a number of key initiatives, including our 4 Safety Fundamentals, BE-Safe, the Life Saving Rules, project management safety walks, subcontractor engagement programmes and OASIS. We are grateful for the energy and professionalism he brought to these efforts and for the positive impact he has had on our organisation and our people.

A search has been initiated to identify his successor. Until a permanent replacement is appointed, appropriate measures are in place to ensure continuity of activities and support for the teams.
